Jacqui Rosser
Life CoachHelping you channel your full potential
Hi, I’m Jacqui! Are you struggling with self esteem or low confidence because your alcoholic partner took them away from you?
You’re here because you need help and I’m here because I can help you move on from the trauma of living with an alcoholic.
My Story
My name is Jacqui Rosser, and I am a survivor.
For 13 years I lived with an alcoholic husband and although there were many happy times, much of it was exhausting and stressful. .
I loved him.
I didn’t want my marriage to fail.
I told myself it was the alcohol — not him.
I believed he would give up the alcohol. I needed to believe it.
He didn’t.
He didn’t recognise he had a problem
He didn’t apologise when he did stupid, dangerous things.
He blamed me — for his actions, for everything.
I found my turning point.
Somewhere deep inside, I found the courage to end it. To walk away. To be alone.
At first, it felt like being set adrift in a vast, empty sea.
He had bruised me physically, but the deeper wounds were invisible: the shattered confidence, the anger, the bitterness.
Our dreams — the ones we had whispered late into the night, like traveling the world in a campervan — vanished like smoke.
I recognise the value of that relationship. Whilst it was incredibly painful, not just for me but for my family and friends, I benefitted in so many ways. I became resilient, strong and confident.
I became a SURVIVOR
My Values & Beliefs
Happiness
What does that mean to you? For me, it means waking up every day and looking forward to the day without fear or anxiety. It doesn’t matter if it’s sunny or raining, I look forward to my day with positivity, courage and strength.
Love
Having love in my life is really important and it doesn’t matter where it comes from. Spending time with my children and grandchildren who love me for who I am is very special and the greatest gift.
Learning/Teaching
I only discovered learning at a late stage in my life and now I can’t get enough of it. I especially love to share what I have learned, whether it’s a domestic hack, a book I’ve read or a coaching technique, I want others to benefit just as I have.
My Approach
Are you ready to unlock a life that truly resonates with you, even if it means stepping outside your comfort zone? My coaching approach is built on a foundation of deep empathy and genuine understanding – I’ll meet you exactly where you are, listen without judgment, and truly see your potential. But I’m also here to be your courageous partner in growth, gently but firmly challenging the assumptions, habits, or limitations that might be holding you back. If you’re seeking a transformative journey with a coach who believes in your innate power to redefine what’s possible, let’s connect.
